by the way, in the first paragraph they said the nature of the work gave them a crucial ecnonmic advantadge over the engraver. here "a crucial ecnonmic advantadge" means they did not make lots of money from their work,  right?

sorry, i can't catch what you mean.
answer A"the grass was removed from the space between the animal skins and  the liner". there is an insulating air pocket  between the animal skins and  the liner,right?
they didn't the grass was removed.

i am confusing about that.
