几个ivey 申请问题

在国内工作时候我猜应该没有几个人参加过community work吧？怎么写啊？能否开阔一下思路。
还有，extracurricular里面都是很琐碎的事情，不是一个长期的事情。比如一个活动啊什么的，能写吗？(好象不大，写上去都脸红，不写空白更脸红。)

2. Please list also any courses taken toward your professional development in the last five years.
内部的短期培训课能写吗？
