Rice除了Finance 和Energy比较强，还有其他得吗？Marketing如何？

Rice Value什么价值观？

Rice的校园环境如何？

I believe if you are in-state student, they are more willing to offer scholarship to you. For international students, you really have to get 700 and above to receive any significant amount of scholarship. However, I do not believe it is a set rule because they do look at your package overall.

For myself, I only have 700 on my GMAT and 3 WE and I received a significant amount of scholarship.
