恩,但是第三条不同意. 毕竟跳跃修饰是可以的.否则我们看C:  
                            in 1975 about one-third of mothers with young children worked

outside the home,这里worked作为分词也是跳跃修饰mother的.

所以这个who的修饰不能作为决断依据.

这里worked不是作为分词，而是动词，否则就没有谓语了

这题还是有很多疑问：
1原句用了while,而且是一个句子，表达了比较的意思，D的even though不能算错，C改变了句子意思，一个句子变成两个，关系大大削弱。
为什么需要这样做？
2 C中的谓语动词worked一定是在修饰主语mothers,这个没有问题。
D中的who从句是不是有修饰children的嫌疑？
who从句是非限制性修饰，是不是该改为that, 那个with短语能够看作是隔开了从句和修饰对象吗？

1、同意楼上的观点，不过while应该是表达让步，而不是比较，我认为while表示比较的时候比较双方应该是同时发生...而且如果是比较就不能被让步的even though所代替。

2、D中的who指代children有待商棰。定语从句完全可以跳跃指代。

3、但是我无法同意C里面用分号隔开两个有关联的句子。

4、such是指同类事物，those +n. 指代前面提到的Mothers，所以such mother是对的

5、C里面用worked把原句中用there be这个表达统计数据、存在的概念给抹掉了。统计数据用there be很正常，不能以那条规则排除选项。

while有2个用法，引导时间状语从句表示“当...的时候”，也可以引导句子作比较。

D who如果说可以跳跃指代，那么句子就指代不清了。

还是觉得C对
