if you just change your working place to the US, a MSA will help you. Regarding your working experience, you should be albe to get into a good CPA firm.
The question is, whether you want to continue to work in a CPA firm. As a first-generation immigrant, it will be very hard for you to get into the partner level.
You may have some other option. Work in PWC for a few more years and then try to get into a top MBA program in the US. Then you can switch your career to other paths, such as IB, consulting, etc.
Think hard on why you need an MSA and what you want to do with it. It's a big committment. Many prestigious business schools don't have strong accounting programs, and school ranking is not that important in the accounting industry. Many CFOs/accounting firm partners are graduated from average schools.
You do have very impressive scores, but those alone won't make your case at top 5 MBA programs. You probably need more time to figure out what you really want to do.
