2、Analogy fallacy, 不能因为其他几个店的停业，就说地方不好，或者推出cafe不可能在这里成功

2）可能是和位置不MATCH，但他们不MATCH，不能说CAFE也一定不MATCH AND NOT LIKELY TO SUCCEED

B Cafe在新地点的成功有可能缘于其他方面的改善，比如扩大宣传等等，Incomplete information.

结尾，报纸的评论缺少根据。如果能够提供其他三家停业的原因，还有cafe在新地点成功的原因，这个argument就会更有说服力。
