请问哪位同学是电话面试的，HKUST一定要求当面interview么，因为工作关系，所以想尽量通过phone interview，请问有什么经验可以share么

official G&T成绩单是不是可以在面试后提供给学校亚？学校网站上这么说的，想确认下

While attending the interview, applicants are required to:

1. produce the official transcripts or certified true copies of undergraduate, postgraduate, and/or other academic or professional qualifications; and

2. have directed respective test operators to send their official GMAT and/or TOEFL score(s) to the HKUST MBA Program

According to my experience, the official G& T transcript can be sent to the MBA office after the interview, as long as the applicants submit the photocopy of the temp transcript with the supporting documents within 2 week of online submission.

another question, does HKUST send e-mail to the applicant when they begin the application process?

I submitted online application form on Dec14,2006, and sent the hardcopy supporting documents on Dec31,2006. I checked the state displays the files have already arrived. Sending files exceeded two weeks will affect taking part in the R1 application? and I don't know whether adm com begin to look through my files.
