1.  题干的主语是什么？ 只看到一个很长的介词

2.  真句话是什么意思？ 怎么就翻译不通？

3.  crops  such as alfalfa, as much as 20 percent of the leaf and small stem material 好象意思不通， leaf , material 怎么能做为crops 的例子呢？

查了，没人问过此题， 看来就我不明白， 很惭愧， 请别见笑。

主语：leaf and small stem material
在收割饲料作物，如alfalfa，的最常见过程中，差不多20%的叶子和小茎原料，即植物所有部分中最有营养的（部分），粉碎和脱落到地上了。

if so, 从 and  可知主语为复数， 明显D中主谓不一致。
