一道语法题目，白思不得其解

不明白主句和从属句间有什么联系，用because做原因也说不通啊，还有个IF ONLY.....主要想不通为什么可以用BECAUSE这样！

这题的关键在于duplication，是复制这个动作应该被避免，而不是复制的建筑物应该被避免。而D又去掉了alone（虽然词用得不对）的意思。只有选E了。

if only替代alone的意思？还是有道理

if only because的意思是只是为了避免复制品，这个医院才不应该造。就是当为了避免复制品这个因素单独存在的时候，这个医院才不应该造。言下之意是不应该仅仅考虑这个因素。
