My GMAT score is 630, not a good score. And I have around 3 years working experience in a big simiconductor firm as a superivor in customer service departmet. I don't need any fund or scholarship from school.

is it possible to be accepted by Fisher, UT Austin or BU?

如果是几率，那当然有。问题是有多大。按照你提供的这些背景资料，我个人觉得希望不太大。现在还有时间，如果你愿意的话，可以重考GMAT。
