我感觉代词指代最大的考点第一是无中生有，就是没有可指代对象是硬添加指代对象，或者指代对象与代词主谓不一致，或者把句子用代词来指代。这样的考点是上来可以做排除。

考点二是指代模糊，一般代词优先指代主语，如果句子中有多个可指代对象时，会产生歧义，但通常来讲，如果逻辑上没有特别大的漏洞，可以容忍代词指代宾语或者从句的主语。所以，我个人觉得用这个考点判断要非常小心。

第一题的代词指代是没有问题的，因为它优先指代了主语。

第二题的代词指代确切来讲是有一些小问题，关键是在主语单数的基础上，它指代的是介宾短语中的名词。

但我认为这不是最关键的，最关键的是这个句子的结构有些脏。

主要为so的用法，如果是因果句式，应该用because，如果是并列句式，至少在gmat里，推荐用and等连词。

so一般不推荐这样使用

另外，这题还是应该从句子结构的角度分析，明显选项C更加简洁，清晰。。。

偶的解释：

从句代词优先指代主句中的主语这是ETS自己说的，但也只是优先，不是绝对。但是一般这样错的句子还有别的错误。

补充一点：如果是宾语从句中的代词优先指代引起宾语的谓语的主语。

第一题主要是看句意吧，这笔钱是用来cover增加的那部分工资，而不是增长中（或已增长）的工资，单这一点就把BC排除掉了。

so做连词好像只有，just as.....so too......

sorry,可能是我问错了.我的问题是关于顾风队长提到的so的几个用法

这个。。。呵呵，难住我了。。。不过在我做和so有关的题目中

一般是这几种情况不知道能不能罗列全。。。

第一。。 do so，用so指代前面题到的句子或部分内容

第二。。 so 的倒装, so are you，so are modems too

第三。。。not so much as

第四。。。Just as..., so....，注意as 与so修饰平行

第五。。。用在一个句子开头，注意不是从句开头。呈上启下
