9。从句意看，偶觉得D比C好啊。D中的that的指代也算清晰的，estimate后面省略了宾语从句的that（我看见SC中很多未画线部分也有省略宾语从句that的），为什么不选D？

12。D为什么要倒装？D中的do可以省略吗？

9题划线部分中only 36 percent of the nation’s 607 HMO’s were profitable last year是修饰health maintenance organizations，直接跟在逗号后面即明确又简洁；如果换成D的说法，稍显尴尬。
D中estimate的that不可省略，OG一些类似题目（划线部分）我好像没见到有省略that的。具体例子我晚上空下来找找看。

我个人觉得D中第二句话的that无指代。如果指代“获利的公司”，应该用those，that指代it不合适，同样指代estimate的这件事情还是不太合适。

我不是NN，不一定对，只是个人感觉。

12题我也没分清E哪里不好，等NN来指点。。。

According to.... ,+it的表达方式 不如 According to....，+实质性内容 好

把关键内容或者侧重点说在前面较好。

D选项 1、用错了时态would---estimates

            2、that 确实没有it指代力度强，it能够指代特定的前面出现的事物；印证了当时选择时对that的不好感觉，还是错了

 可是C选项感觉后半句没有说完丫，继续讨论
