另外句子的理解上也有问题，如果用are,只是强调现在的音乐家有这种能力，而用do，则表示现在的音乐家已经在使用这种能力，更加贴切一点八
印象中，如果补出的是be动词，后面直接跟表语的，不会跟复杂成分
be able to do不应该认为是情态动词

我想是不是这样的：
as 后的句子和fees 相互作用。
是they are fees？产生歧义。 而是they do fees.that is the superstars command fees
虽然句子有be able to。但主要动词是command.

but disagree 用are,只是强调现在的音乐家有这种能力 ,because "be able to" cannot be separate,and we see them as a entirety. In most of status,It isequal to can and is a情态动词

那么大家的意思是在情态动词+实意动词的时候, 后面的省略既可是情态动词也可是实意?

NINA, RICESU的意思我明白, 但在考试的时候是很难把握的, 我想应该有更客观的语法标准.

字典里有: he's no more able to read Chinese than i am.
here we see that " be able to" is separate as " i am", so i guess there is an objective grammar rule for us to figure out the two choices, but i don't know what it is.

这里的DO指代的是command，完全是根据句子意思进行的选择。在比较从句中，如果主句是情态动词+实意动词，则一般情况下会补出情态动词，否则句子的意思就会不同，因为毕竟主句的情态动词传递了情态的概念。但是，还是要根据句子意思来判断选项，carefield，似乎没有一个特别严格的标准，句子逻辑意思是核心。

个人观点

对了，carefield什么时候考？
