although is redundant.
In A, if we remove although, the two sentences
fall apart. Hence, A is more correct. As although looks redundant in B.

boosting完全正确，which反而错因为在GMAT中which不能指代一句话，boosting...状语表示前面的那句话所造成的影响。

此外，A的it就是指代improved efficiency，从句和主句主语一致，很好的对称结构！

答案显然是A,为什么是B?

A is right." it@#$" is the main clause, it clearly refers to "efficiency" in the subordinate clause.

B is wrong. "Because of+ very complicated structure" is a practice that is not preferred.

这题应该A，虽然B中的it指代有点让人难理解。但是综合各个方面考虑我觉得还是A对。

首先Ｂ中用了which,他到底指代lowering prices 还是increasing supply and lowering prices不清楚

还有which和整个句子形成松散的结构，把本来的意思扭曲了。

B中还有一个错误就是because of' 原来用的是by .请注意 在美国人眼中because of 和by 完全不是一个意思

because of 是有因果关系的，而by 仅仅表示通过。没有这种关系。看意思不应该有因果关系。

所以很确定的说这个题目A比B更好。

还有一点如果B是正确答案我想ETS肯定会把那个and前后颠倒下让人不会引起歧义。
