yale is my top pick, though it's ranking is not high, application for yale is highly competitive as a result of its small size, I guess yale's admit rate will be lower than 20% this intake, while 20% is an average admit rate for so called "magic 7", sigh!
20% of 800(their released statistics for number of applicants in R1) is 160, and I don't think they can take in so many ppl in R1. So I guess the admit rate will be much lower than 20%. About 15%?

I don't think they will admit only 160 students in the first round. Not all admits will accept their offers.
The previous calculation forgot yield rate. Usually, it's about 25% acceptance rate and 50% yield.
800 applicants in first round only means 200 offers and 100 students. R2 has to get another 100. That's about right, not too competitive, not too loose.
