請問一下關於Spend的用法

剛好手邊沒有字典 不好意思  上了google查 好像是spend in 後面可以接名詞 那如果spend後面要直接接動詞的話 是否直接加ving就好了呢??? 記得國中老師是這麼教的 但是有點忘記正確的用法 是這個月sc有考到的考點 請nn幫忙 多謝!!!

我從Longman察到的是:

spend money on sth/sb

spend time in/at sth

spend time doing sth

沒有spend後直接加Ving的形式喔
