这道题这个月已经出现了4次了，可是，我肯本看不懂，看了范文，还是不懂，更不要说论了…… 到底啥意思啊？请好心人给指点一下吧，千恩万谢！

 

而且，都4次了，还有可能考吗？还是考的几率反而最大呢？还有2天考试的说！！！！

首先不太明白 arts 在这里是什么意思。

政府应该支持艺术创作，但是当这种支持的行为产生了某种价值的时候，政府不应给与产生的（有价值的）艺术任何限制。

不知道这么理解对吗？看了范文，好像和我说的很不一样。是不是我对arts的理解太片面了？

1 可以就艺术本身的性质说明政府不应该对艺术加以限制

2 但是有一些妨害社会公益危害青少年健康的‘艺术’应该加以管制。比如：。。。。

3 至于这个度怎么把握，政府应该如何如何，也就是说秉着民主的观念等等。

说说我个人对这个题目意思的理解，和stellaleigh版主稍有出入。

毫无疑问，政府应该支持艺术创作。但是当这种支持的行为产生了有价值的东西（艺术品）时，政府不应对这些艺术品有任何规定限制。
