Are parents the best teachers?   TWE002

Parents are the guarders to protect their children from harm or danger.Parents are the first gateway that connect their children with outside world.Parents are also the earliest and important teachers who teach their children to learn basic things such as walking,talking,etc.However,parents also have more or less backdraws; and few parents have commonsense in education; and it is impossible for parents to be professional in all fields.Therefore,I do not think parents are the best teacher in a child's whole life.

Firstly,Parents also have more or less backdraws. Children stay most of time with their parents before they grow up. According to some researches, parents have great influence on their children. Children will learn bad habits as well as good ones from their parents. So parents play some nagative roles in raising good habits for children.

Secondly,it is impossible for parents to be professional in all fields.Sometimes parents cannot tell everything that their children are interested in. Both my parents are major in electic engineering while I am interested in literature, so that they cannot tell me the background of <Gone with the wind>; the years that Dickens lived. On this aspect, I regard book as the best teacher of human's life.

Furthermore,some parents are teachers themselves but most parents have no comonsense in education,which means that these parents would like to teach their children in their favorite way but not the correct way.For example,some parents will select the school, friends, speciality, even career for their children instead of discussing with them.As a result their children have no opportunities to develop their abilities in some areas.

In conclusion, parents are considered the earliest and some of the most important teachers of children's lifetime. Parents should be responsible for education of children and try ro be a good example for children especially at the early stage of childhood. On the other hand, it is really difficult for parents to be the best teacher in a child's whole life. We will meet different teachers in our different periors of lives.

LZ的排比句是不是可以考虑用些练词衔接一下啊，就不会显得很生硬了。而且这三个观点不用在手段都罗列出来吧，这样反而显得每段的分析展开不够。同样的3个观点，请参考李笑来的例文。加油！
