应该从句意上去理解：

until是说“直到.....为止”，那么这句话的意思“（对于政府机器的销售将于9点开始），直到供应持续为止”，句意非常有问题。正确的意思应该是“ ......，直到没有供应”，即"......., until there is no supply", 换句话说，即是“只要有供应，销售活动就会持续下去”，SO，E：will begin at 9 a.m. and continue as long as the supply lasts 句意正确！

在没有语法问题的时候，最后的选择大多要依句子的逻辑意思而定。
