答案是C,请问B为什么不可以,
主句不是have been able么, 从句为什么用do代替呢?

20题,后面应该是用do来代替command吧,不应该用are, 感觉上讲,用such  as比用so  好,可以查查相关用法。

so是接形容词的,这里的extraordinary fees是名词,应该用such。
do 是代替command,如果想你说用b,补充出来省略的部分就是as they are able to command...恨罗嗦。

那么为什么不能理解为so修饰的是extraordinary呢?
那是不是说be able to do sth 结构在比较句中都用do代替呢?

如果so修饰extraordinary,那就应该是the fees are so extraordinary...extraordinary fees连在一起中心词肯定是fees啊。。
呵呵。
至于那个be able to ..command,我觉得这个句子你可以背下来,因为很容易理解,但是解释不出来。呵呵。
