答案是E，觉得好像不对。首先就不应该是symptomatic吧，而且maybe也太口语化了呀。

not so much A as B, A 和 B要平行，而且中间应该用as，没有not so much A but B机构。
我认为E错，原文有may判断词，不能换成may be： 没有平行； 结构介词错误。
我认为选A。

A 用句子意思解释不通。如果选了，则PROBLEM是对后面的药物的反应了。意思可以看到，INSOMNIA本身是对后面的一大串三个东西的反应。主要是句子意思改变了。所以选E。

I think it is the following three items parallel:

reaction to xx, (to) anxiety about, or (to) strees before xx, so the choice should be A

E好像不平行,然后maybe也是不能用的啊.

仔细看了看,C也不太对,后在as when the medicine cause a reaction 不太好,并且也不与后面平行.
