我的问题是答案b为什么不对。

以前有人这么解释

on pain of death是一个固定词组，解释为：(违者)以死论处；

B的句子改变句意，意思为：仅仅在以死论处的时候，人们才可以在不被允许的情况下进入紫禁城。

但是我觉得这个翻译太牵强，我也可以翻译为

人们在没有被允许的情况下进入紫禁城，都会被以死论处

这不就对了么

我觉得这个pain of death是笔误吧. 应该是or pain of death比较通一点. no one can enter without permission, or (without) pain of death.

为什么site是用which来修饰呢???在xdf上课的时候老师貌似(我只是说貌似啊~~~)只有非限制性定语从句才能够用which的啊~~
