changing major reapplication

 I have applied marketing last year and I want to reapply for finance this year. Is it bad? Could you tell me

your opinions?

take a few years off. Go to work. Your interests currently may be unstable.

I think they care ...

1. Many schools say " we do not encourage reapplication"
2. She will change marketing to finance. When the committee review the materials, which include her application last year and this year, they would see how much she loved marketing last year, but finance this year --- I am afraid they would pass her application immediately.
3. I personally think finance is much harder to get in than marketing.

I may apply some of the schools which i applied for marketing last year.
And I may apply some new schools, which i didn't apply last year.

I really worry about how to write the ps for those which i applied last year.

I wonder if during this year, i can get some degree like in econ, will it be helpful to give
further explanation for my major changin.
