首先，都有或多或少的错。

B, like用作举例，首先排除

C,D 并列对象不一致， reaction, anxiety, or stress, 马上排除

A, X is not A so much as B , 古怪结构

E, X is not (so much) A but B, 结构清晰，但是maybe口语化也不好，但是effectiveness的错！ 

还是E好点。

这里后面的并列原来是a reaction to certain medications, a reaction to anxiety about travel, or a reaction to stress.. 只是省略了a reaction to而已，所以不是reaction和后面的在并列。Thanks！
