为什么which不指代核心词the cost,这样还原一下: the cost was paid for $7 per year,就通了

问题就在于没有足够的理由说which不是就近指代

没有主谓，时态，

所以which在B里只能就近指代

在GWD中也碰到过compared to表示比较的意思，好像compare A to B通常是比作，A compared to B表示比较

请NN指教
