for which是做从句里的状语或补语成分，那么从句的主语是什么呢？

如果for是作“因为”解释，那就改变了句子原意，原意是要把$330和$7做比较的，况且for表原因的话也不能用which做主语。

是这样的，  for which was previously paid $7 per year明显存在动作发出者不明的情况，这在商业英语中是绝对不允许的

B选项没有correctiveness错误，但effectiveness错误，个人觉得还不少。

1，用被动，使得动作的发出者不明。

2，句式上的不对称没有明显的表现出前后的对比。

3，which优先指代cost，但实际上which指代higher education会更简洁明确一些。当然这一点不能作为排除选项的理由。
