ETS对于which 的用法相当活，就近修饰或是跳跃修饰的情况都有，这个已经有很多人讨论过了。我觉得这题单从语感上讲我选A，因为only 这个词的强调作用，其他选项都没有。

which 修饰的是california了

如果说这里Which跳跃修饰了前面主句的中心词，那么这个中心词只能是non-Hispanic Whites。

而这里的Whites是复数形式，那么Which之后就应该用Amount，而不是Amounts。

所以，A,B,C都不对。
