看必较的对象是什么, 比较的是the total...emitted ...by... is twice that(the total....) emitted by.. 这里的emmitted 是定语修饰the total amount

我觉得B选项要改成as much as what is usually emitted by the才是可以接受的。

原选项省略了that，其实这里要用what，另外usually的位置也不对，当然这不是优先排除的考点。
