我认为UNTIL RECENTLY ,跟完成时态表示持续的动作,跟完成事态绝对没有错，但对于瞬间动作来说就需要过去时

但LED这属于瞬时动作（就象continue不能跟进行时态一样）,应该用过去时态，导致只是一次或短暂的瞬时动作，不是持续的

A)持续的:until
        recently, my gym experiences have been good

until recently I have been using recycled paper bedding from the store.

B)瞬时的:until
            recently, then I watched it on VCD.

until
                recently, one of the lenses dropped when i was driving at the PG Bridge.

纵上ＬＥＤ用过去时是没有任何错误，只是要根据具体情况而来

所以选Ａ
