另  to do  比  for doing好，仅仅是在 表示 目的的时候， 这里不是表示目的吧
当然正因为这里不是在表示目的， 所以用 for doing也是错的

hope是动词，will也是，这个没问题。这是一中从句：嵌入式关系从句。 prep上很好的解释。instructions 既是hope的宾语，同时又是后面will help....的主语，大概就是这个意思，很好理解的。

首先我认为GMAT语法题里有很多题并非死扣语法点能够得出答案，更多的是靠感受题目，我个人认为A is B blabla的结构里，08PERP里说过A和B实际上就是一个东西，因此后面分句用分词形式可以修饰A，也可以修饰B，选项A 中用which指代，后面的includes可能有就近修饰导致对象指代错误的嫌疑，B中也是如此，C中我不明白By including想要表达什么内容，其次，我记得including有介词词性，因此我觉得此题考查的点其实并非在分词上，好吧~~~~我自我纠结了~盼nn答疑···
