(D) correct; C The infinitive must be preceded by a conjunction(in order)...

My question: "to do" can be used to mean purpose. In this sentence, why "to" has to be changed to "in order to", if not considering the wordy problem caused by "be married to"?

這裡就得區分so as to 與so that 的差別，OG認為，so as to V後面所接的動作，必須由主句的主詞來完成，也就是句子前後執行動作的人要一致，但so...that ...則沒有這種限制，主句的主詞和後面施加動作的人可以不一致。

就以OG171來說，亨利八世想要和她太太離婚，再和安小姐結婚，乍看之下好像是前後主詞、作動作的人都該是一致，但事實上，have his marriage annulled，肯定是由其他人（估計是指英國教皇）來完成，但英國教皇怎可能是後面要和安小姐結婚的人呢？

進一步來說，have sb/sth Ved就好像是　I have my hair cut, 誰剪的頭髮，肯定是理髮師而不是你本人嘛，碰到這種情況，避開so..as to，多選so... that...就不會有歧義了。
