各位CD大侠，我收到学校的一封邮件，

Because your gpa is low, the Graduate Division is asking our admission committee to write a memo justifying your admittance into our MBA program.  The committee is in the process of writing this memo.

Sounds like there's still a chance.  I'd get in touch immediately with both the division and the admission office and offer to provide any additional material/information (if you have any) that might help justify the gpa problem.

it sounds like the business school accepted you, but their boss don't understand why they should accept a student with your gpa.
