答案给的E, 觉的绝对不对。E中的it无指代对象。而且by+clause不爽。
我选C，not only +by+n...but also+by+n

E中的it是应该加上的。it 指what patients eat。by+clause没什么不好。况且C也有by+clause。不对之处，请指正。
