关于 ALTHOUGH 的省略 问题， 应怎么省？

根据白勇的语法书，让步从句的省略形式:althought + doing/done/adj.，前提从句和主句的主语一致，这道题目明显不一致，所以不能省略

and连接，表明并列，没有特别提示，我们可以推出语态一致：一般过去时态,  and the strcutures are same too. be/become可以省略---------我知道了 。谢谢
