学校怎么样是一会事，关键看人怎么样！

北大清华哪个能进全美TOP100啊？但北大清华的一部分毕业生不照样进美国TOP10的学校啊？

Don't want to make comments on other items as I am not familar with IIT.

For item 3, F-1 holder can legally stay at US up to 14 months, 12 month OPT + 2 month grace period, after graduation. As there might be a gap between graduation and the date when OPT starts, the entire time frame could be slighterly longer than 14 months.

Of course, if you really want to stay in the US and you cannot find a job during OPT, well, now, it also subjects to the quote, you can try to transfer to another school to keep your F-1. However, in this case, if you keep the same Master's level, you cannot get another OPT after you graduate from your second Master's degree.

我的一个朋友的老公在iit做faculty。说这个学校与野鸡学校是有区别的。因为它是个正正当当的美国正规大学，综合排名也有100多名。但现在的招生和策略实在比较垃圾的，有很大的赚钱的成分。他不是很看好iit的以后的声望和前景。他说如果你是花了几万刀来读它的话，不是很值。
