第一遍做选了A.因为doing xxx,表达前面一大段话的结果。

看了答案在想想，B的确比较好。原因是：

１。improved efficiency不能做stimulate, 以及increasing demand and lowering price的逻辑主语

２。，which boost看起来很像doing表结果的题中的典型错误选项。不过在B中，which从句是用来修释increasing demand and lowering price. increasing demand and lowering price boost consumption完全没有问题

３。这道题在机考中作对的机会太低了。学过新东方的同学看到,which boost，和boosting一起出现的时候都会毫不犹豫选择后者。时间也不允许考察的这么仔细

４。不必为了这道题而怀疑自己对doing表结果类题的做法。
