in fact, i don't think the GMAT is so important in the application. more important is your story: why you want to apply, what you career path will be, what contribution you can devote to your class. so take it easy, prepare your toefl and application.
Except a few schools such as stanford, columbia, or maybe MIT. Michigan and Cornell are friendly to those who have longer work experience and lower gmat score.
you GMAT is ok. Try to focus on your essay, and your international experience is a big plus. Schools that favor young applicants: stanford, HBS. schools that favor people with long w/e: Wharton, Michigan. Kellogg is kind of neutral.
