My TWE failed to reach the minimum requirement too, and I wrote to admission office to inquire the possibility. unfortuantely, the officer denied the chance clearly and firmly and asked me to rewrite the test.so, i believe that the chance is remote if the writing score is not ideal. but, if you insist that your background can offset the deficiency of writing, why not apply for United States Schools. coz it says that many of them pay little attention to the writing task. |
