not necessarily, I checked the admission officer and they told me mine is still under review.

不是REVIEW不REVIEW的问题，而是4月3日出结果，现在都22日了，还没面试我估计就悬了。

I actually asked the lady this question and she told me the inviation may extend to April/3, they can do phone interview (which takes shorter leadtime) if necessary. So, I am still hoping.
