Originally French/British/Russian; lived in Britain for 4 years before coming to the US for undergrad; lived in a bunch of places before then. start a small business is not a hard thing to do. As long as you can find a sponsor and a realistic business plan, it's not that hard. During my freshman year, our entreprenuer course is to start a small company by ourselves. 24 students each company. And second year, we go to a venture program to start another one. US government encourages people to start small business. It's really easy to do.

But yeah, three companies before 19 years old is pretty crazy. It requires a lot of time and effort to keep the business running smoothly.
