我的理解是：

选项B：smooth wings and perfectly shaped wings

选项C：smooth and perfectly shaped wings

前者smooth直接修饰wings，后者smooth直接修饰shaped，因此至少应该用smoothly

since 1930就可以,当时间状语.
since不一定都是引导从句的.
