Got interview waiver 2 months ago and till now no phone interview informed, but not ding yet.

me 2. I called the adcom and was told that my application is still under review. I will get a call to conduct interview if the adcom wants to know more about me.

The final decision will not until March 20. Just be patient.

Well - I see someone already got phone interview after the waiver. And someone (India guys in BW) already got ding. So - no news means good news.
