Barnes’s argument 是the salaries...should be reduced.

B是在解释为什么salary高，可能是正确的解释也可能是错误的。但不论解释正确与否，都和argument没有什么关系啊。

我认为应该从两方面都去考虑，B 只考虑了工资高没有考虑工作的复杂。C 更全面一些
