Because of XXX, the grain produces in country A reduced to 1345 tons,(_______).
a. 45% less than those of country B.
c. 45% fewer than that of country B.

produce is uncountble. (我认为提干有问题). so it should be
"45% less than that of country B"
不应该比较"TONS"吧.
