I called about two weeks ago. The person said they had not made a decision on my application, but "it probably is not a good sign". She asked me to call back again. Let me find out tomorrow and share with you guys.

I got Waterloo's master offer in actuarial science, but they require me to make a decision before Mar.31. Also had U of Toronto's master in economics admission, but no financial aid. Do you guys have any suggestion on which offer I should accept? My plan is to go on Phd study in RMI or economics/finance with relevant research.
