P&G or master now?

background:  Top 10 University,  大三，international business major,  &G internship

objective: luxury brands, eg LV, Gucci, Prada or Hugo..

problem: P&G 3 years + USA MBA    or     master in management in Europe or UK right after my bachelor

any suggestion? 另外，如果是MBA，可以申請到什麽層次的MBA呢？謝謝！

P&G, definately. no experience+MBA in EU will give you salary less than 200K RMB/year after graduation, and you don't have much chance to improve that.

Without any stella (i meant STELLA) leadership experience, it is tough to get in any decent MBA programs.

If i were you, I would accept offer from P&G without any hesitation.

You should make your decision in accordance with your long-term goal

Yeah, P&G is the bootcamp for brand management talents who are pursued by a lot of marketing-oriented firms including the ones you mentioned...

In fact, Gucci and Hugo's perfume business is owned by P&G.

P&G，you can choose any top ten MBAs after 3-4 year there!

Take you time to take GMAT before your graduation, it hurts if you take it when you are occupied!

I am from P&G, it totally depends on which function are you going to work on...if marketing, go to P&G, if sales.... please reconsider it
