未来职业描述问题请教

我是学计算机的。。后两年在银行做计算部门主管。。主要负责银行新业务的开发和拓展。。还有提供银行业务的未来发展规划和建议（从利用新IT技术方面）

我MBA毕业后想从事：
1。提供financial service方面的CONSULTANT，主要是业务开发和发展方面的方案，策略和规划。
2. IT和FINANCIAL SERVICE的结合方面的CONSULTANT工作（如 E-COMMERCE）

请问：
1. 这样写ESSAY时候CAREER CHANGE是否太大？ 是否有不够塌实的感觉。如果有，应该如何compensate for it? 请各位大N结合我的情况指教一下Career change时候应注意的东东。

2. 我毕业后要做的工作，不知道有什么专业一点的名称吗？是financial consultant, strategist, 还是......

请各位XDJM门一定帮忙，知道多少信息或者有什么看法都请POST出来。。非常感谢！

hi, chipmunk.thank you for your help. Do you think that my plan 1 is unrealistic,therefore more risky to pursue such goal?
But I did some similar job in it and feel more interested in it..lots of people put job shift or skill shift as one important reason for the pursue of MBA in their essay. As you said, such kind of reason is not suitable in the essay now? thanks a lot..

wannafly, thank you for your discussion. I may express wrongly.. it should be combination of IT background and knowledge of finance..But we can still use financial service in e-commerce field ,right?

you can land www.wetfeet.com to understand more of career track and industrial profile. I think to be in consulting industry sounds reasonable. You can also choose business development function after MBA. The most relastic step in this function woul be as Business Development Director dealing with patnership deals. Strategic planner or Vice President of strategy & decelopment can a long-term goal in regard to your position.

As 7986 said, STRATEGIC PLANNING is more comlicated and therefore should be long-term goal..But according to material provided by 子溪, they seem to be the same.. 子溪, could you please confirm it?
