答案是D，我也选对了，但是很疑惑，这里including只能做定语吧，可是离修饰词太远了，难道没有歧义修饰decline或者shark population吗？ 如果没有歧义，那ABC中的which本身也没用错了，只是别的地方错了罢了？不解，请指教

就近修饰原则吧，应该是。如果which 修饰population就是

population include the establishment of size limits for shark catches，意思不对。

应该是remedies include

这样用应该没什么问题。

似乎有印象前人说过分词短语可以跳跃修饰 对不对呢?  如果对 大家谁来找到一例呢???

1 名中出现GMAT常考点A of B结构,中心词是A.后面谓语和中心词保持一致

但是这里的 a number of B 是一个词组表示许多的,所以中心词是B 因此后面的谓语应该是复数,所以后面的如果是用which include 而不能用includes ,但是如果你看到我下面说的第二点就会迅速找出答案而根本不用考虑这一点

So A B is wrong

2最重要的考点我想是考察AND

考察AND并列平行结构的对称性

看到文中的and requiring.......就应该迅速找出答案了

只有选择(D)  including......,closing......,and requiring.......

首先根据DOING的平行结构只能选择B D

其次,要是用WHICH 要用INCLUDE非INCLUDES

这个句子用INCLUDING 的表达更简练,而且D的表达比B间接的多,尤其是size limits for shark catches
