以上是今天早上从AUSTIN刚刚来的信。可是上一封信我已经回复了，告诉他我在中国，因为签证问题没有办法2月16日去校园面试。怎么这封信又是问我什么时候去美国呢？

我应该如何问答呢？他不会不知道中国人去美国是多少不容易吧？他好象还有想节约电话费的原因在里面。

She intended to have a face-to-face interview with you if you happen to be in the states in the near future. She wanted to arrange a phone interview with you if you cant come to the states in order to not delay the review process.
