Jade_lee  MM  大概是昨天什么时候交的，我是昨天下午三点左右交的，而且在昨天晚上发现了一个重大的错误，看来我这次是没戏了能了解以下mm是电话面试还是去校园的？

I submitted on Tue, 14 Feb 2006 02:22:51 -0500, received notification by ND on Tue, 14 Feb 2006 08:15:45 -0500, and received an invitation on Tue, 14 Feb 2006 09:54:35 0000 (GMT). I reason the time is the American time since I use yahoo mail. I am in Beijing. I submitted yesterday afternoon and found the invitation in the evening.

Evin from Admissison office asked me to call him/ her to set up a date and time for the interview. I must set a interview by phone.

悠悠一夏: Don't worry. I don't think that you have been out of the race becuase of one mistake or because I have received the invite and you don't.

jade_lee,my interview was really short and a alumnus mainly asked the general questions a MBA interview would include.I just practiced by picking some sample questions on the website.Good Luck to you~!!You really have a strong backgroud.

I have completed the interview with ND and the interviewer made me feel really great. He always said good, excellent, ...such encouraging words.

Interview questions:

(1)Why MBA, why now

(2) Why ND

(3)three fits -teamwork: how to deal with conflicts, example

              -ethical: ethic dilemma,example, what did you do.

              -your most proud of leadship experience

He said at the beginning of the interview that he asked me questions for 15 minutes and  left another 15 minutes for me to ask him questions.

In short, the interviewer, David, Admission anlyst, is really nice.

悠悠一夏: When I expressed my surprise to the adcom's high efficient work, my interviewer said that the program at ND is rather a small program and the adcom understands  waiting is unbearable and would like to treat applicants personally. That's way they try to speed up the process. So I think the invitation would reach you soon. Gook luck!

yes, ND program is small. how fun would it be, if more than a dozen Chinese students in a 120 people program?
